◆ Product Introduction
This product uses deep refined narrow fraction paraffin base oil 280 ℃ ~ 380 ℃ fraction), flash point above 160 ℃, and add functional additives such as polymer, surfactant and antioxidant. Product performance meets SH0564-1993 specifications.

◆ Scope of application
It is suitable for salt furnace, box furnace, and furnace and continuous quenching furnace as quenching cooling medium. It can be used to deal with 40Cr, 40MnB, GCr15 bearing steel, alloy structural steel, low carbon steel and other alloy steel. It is an ideal cooling medium for carburizing and carbonitriding quenching of medium and large parts and accumulation parts.

◆ Performance characteristics
Rapid quenching oil has excellent cooling performance and thermal oxidation stability, the best use temperature is 20 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, must not exceed 95 ℃.

◆Precautions
In the storage and use of water and other oil is strictly prohibited, to regularly analyze, regularly add new oil.
