◆ Product Introduction
This product is made of high-quality base oil and blended with internationally renowned brand multifunctional composite additives. The product has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, good thermal oxidation stability, anti-rust and anti-emulsification, etc. The quality performance meets GB5903-2011(CKD)US Steel224 and AGMA250.04EP standards, reaching the international quality level of similar products.

◆ Scope of application
CKD heavy load industrial closed gear oil is suitable for lubrication of heavy load, high temperature and impact industrial closed gear transmission devices with tooth surface contact stress greater than 1100MPa(1100N/mm) such as metallurgical steel rolling, cement plant and underground mining.

◆Precautions
According to the provisions of the equipment oil, select the appropriate quality level and viscosity level of oil; storage containers must be dedicated, storage and transportation process must be waterproof, moisture-proof, to prevent mechanical impurities mixed; to prevent foreign matter pollution; to prevent mixing with other oil, different types of gear oil shall not be mixed.
