L-HS anti-wear hydraulic oil with low coagulation (Taiwan)

◆ Product Introduction
It is finely modulated by synthetic hydrocarbon oil, hydrogenated oil or semi-synthetic hydrocarbon oil as base oil by adding various functional additives blending technology. Compared with L-HM and L-HV hydraulic oil, it has lower pour point, higher viscosity index and better low-temperature pumping and low-temperature flow performance. Its quality performance meets the specifications of GB11118.1-94L-HS, DIN 51524(Ⅲ), Denison HF-0, AFNOR NF E48-603, etc. It is also approved and recommend by many hydraulic pump factories.


◆ Scope of application
It is suitable for the medium and high pressure hydraulic systems of engineering, construction, mining, oil field, steel rolling, plastic processing and other machinery, ships and vehicles with large temperature changes in outdoor working environment in severe cold areas in winter. It is also suitable for medium load industrial gear transmission devices.


◆ Performance characteristics
Excellent viscosity-temperature performance and low-temperature performance to ensure that the hydraulic system works more smoothly at low temperatures;
Excellent wear resistance, oxidation stability, corrosion resistance and rust resistance, slow down the wear of equipment, prolong the service life;

◆Precautions
According to the equipment oil regulations, select the appropriate quality level and viscosity level of oil; storage containers must be dedicated, the storage process must be waterproof, moisture-proof, to prevent mechanical impurities mixed; to prevent foreign matter pollution, to prevent mixing with other oil, different types of hydraulic oil can not be mixed.
