Anti-wear hydraulic oil is mainly used in engineering machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, steel rolling, processing, ocean-going ships, and other types of medium and high hydraulic systems, copper and steel friction pairs of blades. The use of hydraulic oil plays an important role in the protection and maintenance of machinery. It has excellent anti-bubble and deflation energy, thereby ensuring the transmission of power; anti-rust oil classification, anti-oxidation, slow down the aging rate of oil products, and extend the oil change period.
However, under the influence of certain conditions, the anti-wear performance of hydraulic oil will also decrease. For example, hydraulic oil will dry out and harden during use. If this happens in the work of bearings, gears and other mechanical parts, it will adversely affect their normal operation. With the boring and hardening of the hydraulic oil, the conflict intensifies, the bearing temperature rises, and the temperature rise increases the boring speed of the grease. The high temperature caused by excessive use of equipment or high heat caused by other reasons will also harden the anti-wear hydraulic oil. For any reason, heat may cause the thickener to lose too much oil, accelerate the oxidation of the oil, and harden the anti-wear hydraulic oil in the bearing. High-speed bearings with large radius will generate large centrifugal force, which will also separate the anti-wear hydraulic oil and harden the anti-wear hydraulic oil.
In some cases, the service life of anti-wear hydraulic oil is too long and it will become hard. The solution is to shorten the service life of the grease, usually from 1 year to about 6 months. If the anti-wear hydraulic oil is lost by half, the anti-wear hydraulic oil should be replaced in time. Therefore, the wear-resistant hydraulic oil in the bearing should not be too much. Generally speaking, the filling amount of anti-wear hydraulic oil for sealed rolling bearings should not exceed 50% of the internal space. Wear-resistant hydraulic oil is not only wasteful, but also harmful. The higher the bearing speed, the greater the damage. The more anti-wear hydraulic oil is filled, the greater the conflict torque is. Key features:
